We are seeking a dynamic Operations Support Manager to lead hotel operations with a focus on team development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. The position requires living on-site during assignments and frequent travel to support various hotel locations within our portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, an effective communicator, and a strong team builder who aligns with the company’s values and commitment to excellence. This position requires 24-hour availability, living on property during the assignment, and frequent travel.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff while managing performance in alignment with company policies and legal standards.
- Oversee facilities upkeep, event planning, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee daily hotel operations and directly supervise teams across Front Desk, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Breakfast departments.
- Perform administrative duties including payroll, bank deposits, and enforcement of operational and safety procedures.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and maximizing property revenue.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment that supports diversity and minimizes staff turnover.
- Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, project coordination, and workflow design.
- Demonstrated success in leading change, communicating transitions clearly, and supporting staff through organizational shifts.
- Technically competent and eager to continue learning and sharing knowledge.
Compensation
$65,000 - $65,000/year
