We are seeking a dynamic Operations Support Manager to lead hotel operations with a focus on team development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. The position requires living on-site during assignments and frequent travel to support various hotel locations within our portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, an effective communicator, and a strong team builder who aligns with the company’s values and commitment to excellence. This position requires 24-hour availability, living on property during the assignment, and frequent travel.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff while managing performance in alignment with company policies and legal standards.
  • Handle essential administrative tasks such as payroll, deposits, and operational compliance tracking.
  • Facilitate regular staff meetings, trainings, and department check-ins to build team alignment and operational consistency.
  • Oversee facilities upkeep, event planning, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction by being present, responsive, and solution-oriented.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage and develop teams, delegate effectively, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Technically competent and eager to continue learning and sharing knowledge.
  • Committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment that supports diversity and minimizes staff turnover.
  • Business-savvy with a strong understanding of budget management, cost control, and strategic alignment in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to design efficient workflows and lead initiatives to completion.

Compensation

$65,000 - $65,000/year
