The MORE Real Estate Group is looking for an Operations Manager who loves bringing order to fast-moving businesses. If you're the type of person who naturally builds better systems, keeps projects on track, and helps teams perform at a higher level, this could be the role for you.

You'll work alongside leadership to improve daily operations, strengthen accountability, and create the structure that allows the business to continue growing.

Compensation:

• Salary: $95,000-$110,000

• Improve workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks

• Lead projects from idea through implementation

• Build and maintain organized systems and documentation

• Support, coach, and develop the operations team

• Track business metrics and provide leadership with meaningful reporting

• Oversee vendors, technology, and operational resources

• Introduce tools and automation that improve efficiency

• Help create a consistent, five-star experience for clients and agents

• 2+ years leading operations, projects, or business support teams

• Ability to improve processes and drive execution

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities without losing attention to detail

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems

• Experience in real estate or another fast-paced service business is a plus
