Compensation- Salary commensurate with experience

• Lead and inspire a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee daily operations across 16 hotel properties, ensuring each guest experience exceeds expectations.
• Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high standards of service.
• Guide hiring, training, and development efforts to equip our team with the skills needed for exceptional service.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with industry leaders to integrate best practices and cutting-edge technology into our operations.

• Perhaps you are currently holding a position of Front Desk Supervisor or Front Desk Manager or a department leader in a hotel. This would be a good start to evaluating your experiences that would relate to the position of Operations manager.
• Some knowledge of Food and Beverage would be helpful since the hotel has a limited bar set up. The hotel also provides a small menu of food offerings as well.
• Experience in leading and managing teams, while ensuring exceptional guest experiences is important.
• Some Knowledge of Property Management systems would be helpful. The hotel uses Opera Cloud, but any experience on a hotel platform would be helpful.
• Ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive excellence and innovation.
• Proven track record of analyzing performance metrics to meet and exceed industry standards.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with department heads and streamline processes.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements in the hospitality sector.
• Experience in managing budgets to optimize resources and drive profitability without compromising quality service delivery.
