360 Network Solutions (360NS) is a growing technology solutions and systems integration company helping transportation and public-sector agencies deploy, operate, and support the technologies that keep critical roadway infrastructure connected and performing.

We are seeking a capable, organized, and hands-on professional to join our Operations Team, reporting to our Director of Operations. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Marietta headquarters. 360NS operates nationally, with particular emphasis in the Southeast.

The Operations Support Specialist will work closely with our Director of Operations and broader team to help keep products, projects, shipments, inventory, and day-to-day operational activities organized and moving efficiently. This is a varied position for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving practical problems, and working across both office and warehouse environments.

A typical day may include receiving and organizing incoming equipment, preparing a customer order for shipment, coordinating with freight vendors and logistics teams, updating inventory or project records, making a local delivery, or helping prepare equipment for a customer project. The Specialist may also assist with occasional customer and partner visits, meetings, demonstrations, and other office-based events.

The role is dynamic and multifaceted, but ultimately focused on helping 360NS maintain an organized, responsive, and professional operations and distribution environment.

This is not a warehouse management or supervisory position. It is an opportunity to become an important part of the operational backbone of a technology company playing an important role in the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) industry.

The strongest candidate will be someone who combines organization and attention to detail with a willingness to get things done.

You should be comfortable moving between a computer and a warehouse throughout the day. One hour may involve updating records or coordinating a shipment; the next may involve receiving a pallet, preparing equipment for a project, or making a customer delivery.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Confidence working independently while following established procedures.

  • Good general computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a project-driven environment.

  • A willingness to perform both administrative and hands-on operational work.

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience preferred.

  • Equivalent practical experience in operations, logistics, distribution, or a related environment will

    also be considered.

  • A valid driver's license and ability to safely operate company vehicles.

  • Operations, logistics, distribution, or warehousing.

  • Inventory control, particularly of high-value technology equipment.

  • Shipping and receiving, including palletized and LTL freight.

  • Government, municipal, transportation, or other public-sector customer cycles.

  • Inventory, ERP, accounting, or order-management systems.

  • QuickBooks or Jira experience is a significant plus.

  • Basic understanding of technology components, networking, telecommunications, ITS, low-

voltage, electrical, or related technology products.

  • Warehouse organization and process improvement.

  • Forklift certification or experience is a plus; willingness to become certified is also valued.

This is a hands-on role based in our Marietta office and warehouse. The position involves a combination of computer-based administrative record-keeping and physical operational activity, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving packages and equipment consistent with normal warehouse operations, loading and unloading shipments, and occasional local driving or project-site work. Specific lifting requirements will be communicated based on the equipment and materials routinely handled in the role.

What Success Looks Like

360NS operates in a fast-moving, project-driven environment. Priorities change, customer requirements evolve, and our Operations team is responsible for making sure the details don't get lost in the process.

What do we have? Where is it? Who or what project does it belong to? What has arrived? What is still coming? What needs to ship - and where does it need to go?

We will provide training and support, but we're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, notices what needs attention, and becomes increasingly capable of handling those needs independently.

If you are organized, dependable, curious, comfortable working with both people and technology, and enjoy being the person who helps keep things moving, we'd appreciate the opportunity to hear from you.
