Operations | Top 1.5% Real Estate Agent | San Jose Area

We're looking for a positive, talented, goal-driven operational leader to support Olga Golovko, a top-producing agent ranked in the top 1.5% nationwide and the #1 Keller Williams agent across Northern California and Hawaii. If you thrive on saying "I've got this!", this role was made for you.

As the operational backbone of the business, you'll provide executive-level support to Olga, deliver concierge-level service to clients, and keep listings and transactions moving smoothly from start to finish. You'll own the systems and processes, keeping everything efficient, organized, and current as the business grows. That frees Olga to focus on building relationships, winning new business, and closing deals. You won't do it alone. You'll work alongside a Marketing Coordinator and a Field Assistant.

Compensation and Details

• Salary: $90,000 to $150,000 base, depending on experience

• Benefits: Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave; employer contribution toward medical benefits; 401(k) with employer match

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with rare flexibility for true emergencies

• Location: Locally remote. You must live in San Jose, Los Gatos, or Campbell, or within a 1-hour commute, and have daily access to a personal vehicle for work. Mileage is reimbursed. A valid driver's license and insurance are required.

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure seamless execution of real estate transactions.
• Develop and maintain efficient systems and processes to support business growth and client satisfaction.
• Provide executive-level support to Olga Golovko, enabling her to focus on client relationships and business development.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Coordinator and Field Assistant to ensure cohesive team operations.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, implementing improvements as needed to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee client communications, ensuring a concierge-level service experience from start to finish.
• Manage and update listings, keeping all information current and accurate across platforms and systems.

• Experience in managing daily operations within the real estate industry, ensuring seamless transaction execution.
• Ability to develop and maintain efficient systems and processes that support business growth and enhance client satisfaction.
• Proven track record of providing executive-level support, enabling leaders to focus on client relationships and business development.
• Strong coordination skills to work effectively with a Marketing Coordinator and Field Assistant, ensuring cohesive team operations.
• Analytical skills to monitor and analyze operational performance, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to oversee client interactions, delivering a concierge-level service experience.
• Detail-oriented approach to manage and update listings, ensuring all information is current and accurate across platforms and systems.
