We're hiring an Operations & Growth Manager to run the engine behind our team. This leadership role combines operations, marketing, and sales management. AI handles the hands-on marketing work, so you can focus on leading people and growing the business.

Coach our sales team

• Weekly 1-on-1s with each agent

• Observe and coach real skills: calls, open houses, showings, consultations

• Run new agent onboarding and training

• Track agent goals and scorecards; flag issues early

• Run sales trainings, contests, and quarterly co-broker events

• Lead agent recruiting

Run operations

• Lead our Success Team: transaction coordinator, listing manager, social media assistant, and VAs

• Run the weekly team huddle

• Own our CRM (Brivity), tech, and vendors

• Build and update SOPs

Lead marketing with AI

• Approve AI-built marketing plans for every listing

• Oversee email, social media, blogs, Google Business Profile, website, and YouTube

• Build the AI prompts and automations that replace repetitive work

• Make sure all marketing meets California DRE rules

Grow the business

• Track budget, revenue, and marketing ROI

• Report monthly to the owners

• Experience in leading and coaching teams, with a focus on real estate agents.
• Ability to design and implement effective training programs for new and existing team members.
• Proven track record of using CRM systems, particularly Brivity, to enhance team productivity.
• Strong skills in managing and optimizing marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media and email.
• Experience in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
• Ability to analyze and report on budget, revenue, and marketing ROI to drive business growth.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including transaction coordinators and social media assistants, towards common goals.
