Operations Coordinator - In Person Office Position
Touchstone Group is hiring an Operations Coordinator to serve as a highly trusted and cross-functional partner to our CEO. This is not a traditional admin role — it’s a high-ownership position that blends business operations, project management, CRM oversight (HubSpot), marketing support, and client engagement.
You’ll help drive operational excellence across our real estate, construction, and development divisions, while gaining visibility into executive-level decision-making and strategic initiatives.
