Description

Martine Law

Martine Law is one of the fastest-growing law firms in the country, built on a foundation of client-first service, operational excellence, and intelligent technology. We’re not interested in operating like a traditional law firm. We build scalable systems, move with urgency, and continuously optimize how legal services are delivered. Our team combines sharp legal expertise with modern operational strategy to create a faster, smarter, and more seamless client experience.

Build the infrastructure behind a high-growth law firm.

Martine Law is seeking a proactive, systems-minded Operations Analyst who thrives on solving operational challenges, automating inefficiencies, and building scalable processes that directly impact growth. This is not a maintenance role — it’s a builder role for someone who sees broken workflows as opportunities and takes ownership of improving them before problems surface.

You’ll sit at the center of revenue operations, CRM optimization, workflow automation, and AI enablement — helping design the systems that power how we attract clients, convert leads, manage cases, and scale operations firmwide. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait for direction, but instead identifies gaps, proposes solutions, and executes quickly.

If you naturally think in systems, leverage technology aggressively, and constantly ask, “How can this process be faster, smarter, and more automated?” — you’ll fit right in.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity with significant autonomy, direct exposure to leadership, and the ability to shape how a modern law firm operates at scale.

Responsibilities

What You'll Actually Do

Revenue Operations & Pipeline Intelligence

You'll be the connective tissue between marketing, intake, and client service — making sure leads don't slip through cracks, handoffs are seamless, and leadership has clean data to make decisions on.

  • Own the health of our revenue pipeline end-to-end: lead capture, routing, nurture, conversion, and retention.
  • Build dashboards and reporting that show where revenue is coming from, where it's stalling, and what to do about it.
  • Partner with marketing and intake to tighten the funnel and shorten time-to-close.

CRM Automation (HubSpot)

HubSpot is the engine room. You'll be the one under the hood.

  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows, sequences, and lifecycle stages in HubSpot.
  • Architect clean data structures — properties, pipelines, associations — that scale as we grow.
  • Integrate HubSpot with the rest of our stack (Clio Manage, AirCall/DialPad, Monday.com) so data flows without anyone copy-pasting between tabs.

AI Integration & Enablement

This is where the role gets especially interesting. We want someone who's already experimenting with AI and wants to bring that into a real operational environment.

  • Identify high-leverage places to deploy AI — intake summarization, lead scoring, call transcription and tagging, document drafting, internal search, knowledge base Q&A.
  • Prototype and roll out AI-powered automations using tools like Claude, OpenAI, Zapier/Make, and native HubSpot AI features.
  • Evaluate new AI tools as they emerge and make smart calls about what's worth adopting vs. what's hype.

Systems, SOPs & Adoption

Great automation fails without great adoption. You'll close that loop.

  • Document workflows clearly — written SOPs, Loom walkthroughs, the works.
  • Train the team on new systems and changes, and make sure the changes actually stick.
  • Be the go-to person when someone says, "There's got to be a better way to do this."

What Success Looks Like

  • Projects shipped on time, with ≥95% accuracy.
  • 10–25% measurable efficiency gain on every major process you touch.
  • At least one meaningful optimization or AI integration live per quarter.
  • A team that trusts the data in HubSpot because you made it trustworthy.

Your First 90 Days

  • First 30 — Learn the terrain. Get fluent in our stack (HubSpot, Clio Manage, Monday.com, AirCall/DialPad). Shadow intake, marketing, and client service. Start a running list of everything that looks like it could be automated.
  • Days 30–60 — Start shipping. Pick off early wins. Build your first automated workflows. Propose one bigger RevOps or AI initiative based on what you've observed.
  • Days 90 — Own something meaningful. Lead an operational improvement project end-to-end. Deliver it on time, measure the impact, and have a clear roadmap for what's next.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years in operations, revenue operations, systems administration, or business analysis.
  • Hands-on experience building automations in a CRM — HubSpot strongly preferred.
  • Genuine fluency with AI tools and a point of view on how to apply them to real business problems (not just "I've used ChatGPT").
  • Comfort with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
  • Strong analytical instincts — you like data, you ask why, and you're comfortable defending your reasoning.
  • Clear communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical teammates.
  • Bonus points: experience in a professional services or legal environment, SQL/light scripting, or building internal AI assistants.

Why This Role Is Worth Your Time

  • Real ownership. This isn't a ticket-taking role. You'll be trusted to identify what matters and go build it.
  • AI at the center. You'll get to actually implement the things most companies are still talking about.
  • Direct line to leadership. Your work will be visible to the people who can act on it.
  • Room to grow. This role can scale into senior RevOps, systems architecture, or operations leadership, depending on where you want to take it.
  • If you're the kind of person who sees a spreadsheet someone's been updating manually for two years and feels a physical need to automate it — we'd love to hear from you.

Compensation

$2,000 - $2,000/year
