As an Open House Specialist, you will host open houses, welcome prospective buyers, answer questions about properties and the local market, and identify opportunities for follow-up. You will learn proven systems for converting open house traffic into long-term client relationships while working alongside experienced real estate professionals in a collaborative environment.

You will receive guidance, coaching, and support designed to help strengthen your communication, follow-up, and client service skills while gaining valuable experience in a luxury real estate market.
