Iron Core Rentals is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Procurement & Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage online procurement registrations, support international business development initiatives, oversee digital marketing campaigns, and coordinate online rental inquiries across multiple platforms.

This position combines administrative, marketing, and sales support responsibilities to help expand Iron Core's domestic and international presence.

Someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, is comfortable learning new software, communicates well with customers, and can independently manage administrative processes while helping generate new business through digital channels

This position is remote in Mexico

Online Procurement & Registration (60%)

• Complete vendor registrations on procurement and supplier portals.

• Register the company with government and private procurement platforms.

• Maintain vendor profiles and required documentation.

• Track registration deadlines and renewals.

• Research new procurement opportunities.

• Assist with export opportunity registrations.

• Maintain procurement databases and records.

Rental Marketplace Coordination (30%)

• Manage Facebook Marketplace listings and ad campaigns.

• Publish rental equipment listings.

• Respond to Marketplace inquiries.

• Qualify leads.

• Coordinate with Rental Coordinator for scheduling.

• Follow up with potential customers.

• Remove or update sold/rented equipment.

Equipment & Inventory Updates (10%)

Update equipment listings across:

• Facebook Marketplace

• Rental platforms

• Export platforms

• Sales platforms

• Upload photos

• Verify pricing

• Keep specifications current

• Fluent English (C2)

• Strong computer skills
