• Conduct regular inspections of the property for maintenance issues and address them promptly

• Perform drywall patching and repairs

• Light demolition, carpet removal, trash removal

• Replace lighting and perform minor electrical work

• Painting and Caulking

• Investigate and identify plumbing leaks

• Door and hardware repairs

• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with property managers to fulfill work order requests

• Must have a valid DL and a clean driving record

• Knowledge of Home Maintenance

• Maintenance Experience

• US Work Authorization

• Strong communication skills
