Keller Williams Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the financial, operational, and administrative functions of its real estate office.

The Office Manager plays a key role in supporting the financial health and operational effectiveness of the market center. This individual is responsible for accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong accounting controls, improving systems and procedures, and supporting leadership and office staff.

The ideal candidate is organized, methodical, and comfortable handling sensitive financial information, managing competing priorities, and making sound decisions based on facts and data. They take pride in accuracy, accountability, and creating structure that helps the entire office succeed.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

  • Oversee accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, and account reconciliations.

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to support market center leadership.

  • Maintain accounting systems, financial controls, and budgets to ensure accuracy and minimize risk.

  • Support the Team Leader and Broker in managing day-to-day market center operations.

  • Supervise and support office staff, including the Director of First Impressions and other administrative team members.

  • Manage purchasing, office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.

  • Maintain office technology, equipment, databases, and operational systems.

  • Develop, implement, and improve systems and procedures to increase efficiency and consistency.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and support internal communication.

  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and development of office staff.

  • Maintain accurate records and database management systems.

  • Provide administrative support to agents and their teams to ensure a positive office experience.

  • Support listing marketing, internal technology platforms, and other systems used by agents and staff.

  • Communicate new products, services, resources, and processes to agent associates.

  • Handle confidential financial and personnel information with professionalism and discretion.

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Previous management or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

  • Real estate office experience is a plus but not required.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and maintain effective systems and procedures.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience managing employees, coordinating teams, or supporting organizational leadership.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly when working with financial data.

  • Comfortable handling confidential information and addressing sensitive matters professionally.

  • Calm, steady demeanor with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.

  • Proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, databases, and office technology.

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Compensation

$60,000 - $70,000
