Responsibilities
- Recruit sales associates with a history of production – weekly (interview, select, hire)
- Share the team value/opportunities story with team associates
- Share the team value with recruits
- Contribute to sales and business meetings
- Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to compete successfully
- Communications/Interactions
- Communicate staff goals, plan, and work on projects and tasks daily
- Set goals, plan, train, and develop careers – daily
- Lead Generation of Sales Associates – To join the team – daily/weekly
- Monitor progress regarding appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profit (Four Conversations) – weekly
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Leadership, management, and team-building skills

- Top-producing sales success track record in the recent past

Compensation
$65,000 - $100,000/year

Keller Williams Somerset is Metro Detroit's most collaborative office. We are home to dozens of teams and top producers who consistently rank among the top 10% in all of Oakland County.
