What you’ll do:

• Deliver and retrieve real estate signs, lockboxes, documents, keys, and other company materials to and from designated locations.
• Assist with key management, including making copies, organizing keys, and tracking key inventory.
• Record daily deliveries, pickups, inventory changes, mileage, and vehicle usage accurately.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and properly maintained.

What you bring (must-haves):

• Valid Texas driver’s license, 5+ years of driving experience
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and driving record check.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing approximately 15 pounds.

Nice-to-haves:

• Basic MS Office and Google Suite skills
