Description

A-Players Only!

Onesta is a general contractor focused on delivering high-quality work with speed, professionalism, and consistency. We start strong, finish strong, and take full ownership of our work — approaching every job with respect, preparation, and honest execution.

We're building a team of reliable, high-performing professionals who take pride in their craft and consistently deliver results.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Site Foreman to lead our Multifamily Renovation job sites. This isn't just a tools-in-hand role — you'll be the one on-site owning the schedule, coordinating subcontractors, and making sure every unit turn hits the mark on quality and timeline. You should be comfortable stepping into a unit, assessing scope, and directing the work to completion without someone standing over your shoulder.

What You Can Expect From Us:

  • Competitive, consistent pay based on experience and performance ($40–$45/hr)

  • Steady pipeline of renovation work — no gaps between jobs

  • Clear scopes and organized projects, not guesswork

  • A professional, respectful work environment — no chaos, no toxicity

  • A team that values accountability, craftsmanship, and follow-through

  • Room to grow as we scale — for the right person, this role can lead to overseeing multiple crews/projects

Responsibilities

Site & Crew Leadership:

  • Own the job site from scope review to final walkthrough

  • Direct and coordinate on-site subcontractors to keep work on schedule and on spec

  • Perform quality control checks and sign off on completed work before closeout

  • Keep management informed on progress, delays, and issues in real time

Hands-On Execution:

  • Complete interior renovations for multifamily units (unit turns, upgrades, repairs)

  • Drywall repair, patching, and texture matching

  • Trim and finish carpentry (base, casing, doors)

  • Cabinet installation and adjustments

  • Install plumbing fixtures (faucets, toilets, vanities)

  • Install basic electrical fixtures (lighting, switches, outlets)

  • Interior painting and touch-ups as needed

Job Site Standards:

  • Maintain clean, organized, and respectful job sites

  • Complete projects on schedule while meeting quality standards

  • Work professionally in occupied units, respecting residents' space and property

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in multifamily renovations, unit turns, or similar work

  • Experience leading or coordinating subcontractors or small crews

  • Working knowledge across multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, light plumbing/electrical, painting)

  • Ability to read a scope of work and execute independently, with strong punch list and closeout skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and job-site awareness

  • Reliable, punctual, and self-directed

  • Must have own basic tools and reliable transportation

What Defines an A-Player Here:

  • You start strong and finish strong — no drop-off in effort or quality

  • You take ownership of your work and don't cut corners

  • You come prepared and ready to execute every day

  • You communicate clearly and handle issues directly

  • You treat residents, clients, and team members with respect — always

Compensation

$40 - $45/hour
