• Review and submit complete loan files

• Review income, assets, credit, title, appraisal, and conditions

• Work with wholesale lenders, LOs, LOAs, escrow, title, and third parties

• Clear underwriting conditions and monitor loan milestones

• Maintain accurate information in ARIVE and lender portals

• Experience using Arive-LOS preferred

• Wholesale experience preferred

Requirements:

• Mortgage processing experience required

• Wholesale experience preferred

• Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• ARIVE experience is a plus
