Description

We're looking for an experienced Loan Processor (Loan Partner 3) who takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience while keeping loans moving efficiently from lock through funding.

If you enjoy taking ownership of your pipeline, communicating proactively, solving problems, and working alongside a supportive, high-performing team, we'd love to meet you.

Our team is collaborative, supportive, and driven. We work hard, communicate openly, and genuinely enjoy helping each other succeed. We believe everyone has an important role, and when each person does their part, the entire team benefits. We hold ourselves to high standards, value accountability, and aren't afraid to jump in when a teammate needs help. We celebrate wins together, learn from challenges, and are always looking for ways to improve.

If you enjoy working with people who care about doing great work, value relationships, and believe success is a team effort, you'll fit right in here.

The LP3 is responsible for managing loans from lock through funding, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality underwriting submissions and closings. This role works closely with the Loan Officer, Loan Partners, underwriters, borrowers, and third-party partners to proactively manage files, minimize underwriting conditions, and help ensure loans close on time.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of mortgage processing experience, strong knowledge of mortgage guidelines, excellent attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with accuracy and accountability.

We're looking for someone who is coachable, takes ownership of their role, embraces new ideas and processes, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in finding solutions, not just identifying problems.

  • Deliver proactive, high-quality communication that exceeds traditional processing expectations.
  • Help create an exceptional borrower experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of mortgage processing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and investor guidelines.
