We're looking for an experienced Loan Processor (Loan Partner 3) who takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience while keeping loans moving efficiently.
If you are an experienced mortgage processor who enjoys taking ownership of your pipeline, communicating proactively, solving problems, and working on a fast -paced, high-performing team, we'd love to meet you.
The LP3 is responsible for managing loans from lock through funding, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality underwriting submissions and closings. This role works closely with the Loan Officer, Loan Partners, underwriters, borrowers, and third-party partners to proactively manage files, minimize underwriting conditions, and help ensure loans close on time.
Our ideal candidate:
5 years of mortgage processing experience (Broker experience is a Plus+)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability and pride in your work
The ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with accuracy and efficiency
A self-starter mentality. You take ownership and get things done
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Resourceful and solutions-oriented. You know how to find answers, solve problems, and move things forward independently while recognizing when a question truly needs to be escalated.
We're looking for someone who is coachable, embraces new ideas and processes, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in finding solutions, not just identifying problems.
