We’re looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, communicates well, and stays on top of follow-up with clients and realtors. We provide training and opportunities to grow within the company.

This is a full-time, in-office position at our 8622 N Himes Ave. Tampa location. Health benefits and a 401(k) are provided.

• Assist loan officers by preparing and reviewing loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Communicate proactively with clients and realtors to provide updates and gather necessary documentation.

• Coordinate with underwriters and processors to facilitate smooth and timely loan processing.

• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records throughout the loan process.

• Strong skills in gathering and verifying financial information

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing loan applications for accuracy and completeness.

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, realtors, and team members.

• Ability to coordinate with underwriters and processors to ensure timely loan processing.
