If you're organized, dependable, enjoy talking with clients, and take pride in keeping things moving, we'd love to meet you! Capstone Mortgage is looking for a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Partner to work directly with one of our top-producing Loan Officers in Jacksonville, Florida.

You'll focus on helping borrowers complete applications, gathering and organizing documentation, following up on outstanding items, and making sure files are ready for the Loan Officer to review.

This is an in-office position with an established, high-producing team that values great communication, teamwork, and exceptional client service.

• Communicate confidently and professionally with clients in both English and Spanish

• Connect with prospective borrowers and help them complete their mortgage applications

• Collect, organize, review for completeness, and accurately label mortgage documentation

• Follow up with borrowers, employers, and other parties to obtain missing information

• Prepare complete loan files for the Loan Officer's review and pre-approval decision

• Assist with lender registration, disclosures, and the transition to processing

• Keep clients and Realtor partners informed and respond promptly to questions

• Communicate proactively with Realtors, title companies, and other transaction partners.

• Proactively identify missing items, follow through, and help prevent unnecessary delays

• Build positive working relationships with clients, Realtors, and processing partners

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of mortgage industry experience preferred

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required

• Work in person in the office daily

• Working knowledge of mortgage applications, documentation, and the pre-approval process

• Familiarity with FHA, Conventional, VA, and Down Payment Assistance programs

• Exceptional attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills

• Strong telephone communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping people

• A self-motivated, dependable professional who takes ownership without needing constant supervision

• Someone who can manage multiple priorities and thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Reliable, self-motivated, and takes ownership of your role

• A team player who welcomes feedback, enjoys learning, and takes pride in doing things right

• An active mortgage license is a plus, but not required
