THE OPPORTUNITY

The Shawn Richard Mortgage Team is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Partner who thrives in a high-performance environment and takes pride in owning outcomes, not simply completing tasks.

This is not a traditional administrative loan officer assistant position.

We're looking for a mortgage professional who understands how to analyze borrowers, identify qualification challenges, develop solutions, and proactively move loans from application through closing.

You should be comfortable independently reviewing loan applications, calculating qualifying income, evaluating credit and assets, identifying documentation requirements, and recognizing potential underwriting challenges before they become problems.

Equally important, you should be someone who communicates exceptionally well with borrowers, Realtors, and operations teams.

Our ideal candidate is technically strong, highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of thinking several steps ahead.

If you enjoy solving complicated mortgage scenarios, building relationships with clients, and being trusted to own meaningful responsibilities, this could be an excellent opportunity.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Base salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, plus production bonuses.

  • Health insurance and company benefit programs.

  • Paid time off.

  • 401(k) retirement plan.

  • Professional development and opportunities for increased responsibility.

WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

  • This is a full-time, primarily in-office position in Colleyville, Texas.

  • Typical business hours are approximately 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

  • Occasional flexibility outside standard business hours is expected when time-sensitive borrower or real estate partner needs arise.

INTERESTED?

If you're a mortgage professional who combines technical expertise with excellent communication, independent problem-solving, and a commitment to getting the details right, we'd welcome the opportunity to learn more about you.
