Mortgage Loan Partner 1 – Entry-Level Mortgage Customer Service & Administrative Support

This is an in-person position.

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and people-focused professional to join our top-producing mortgage team as a Loan Partner 1. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in the mortgage industry while gaining hands-on experience working alongside one of the area’s most successful and nationally recognized Loan Advisors.

In this role, you will learn the fundamentals of mortgage operations while supporting day-to-day client and lead management. You’ll manage new leads, coordinate appointments and communications, maintain our CRM, and help create thoughtful, high-touch follow-up experiences for clients and referral partners.

• Create an exceptional first impression by connecting with new leads, building genuine relationships, coordinating consultations, and confidently guiding each prospective borrower toward the next step in their home-financing journey.

• Deliver a seamless, welcoming experience by thoughtfully managing the team’s calendar, coordinating and confirming appointments, responding promptly to calls, and ensuring the Loan Officer is prepared for every client and business-partner interaction.

• Strengthen lasting relationships by maintaining an organized client database and coordinating thoughtful events, communications, gifts, and milestone celebrations that keep clients connected and valued.

• Drive clear, responsive communication by actively managing the Loan Officer’s inbox, prioritizing messages, coordinating next steps, and ensuring every email reaches a timely resolution.

• Experience in providing administrative support, including managing calls and scheduling appointments.

• Ability to create a welcoming first impression and build genuine relationships with prospective borrowers.

• Strong organizational skills to maintain a detailed client database and coordinate events and communications.

• Excellent communication skills to manage inboxes, prioritize messages, and ensure timely resolutions.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable client experiences.
