We are seeking highly motivated and experienced self-generating seasoned loan officers to join our team. As a self-generating seasoned loan officer, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our lending operations. Your primary responsibility will be to generate a consistent and reliable stream of loan leads through your established network, referrals, and proactive prospecting efforts. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of the lending industry to evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and guide clients through the loan process. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, and possesses exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability
• Several years of experience in mortgage origination required
• Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, fixed/ adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, Jumbo, CP one-time close, Second Homes, and Investor
• Understanding loan originator software such as LendingPad, Surefire, and Office Suite is highly preferred
