We're hiring a mortgage loan officer assistant who will work directly with and support our loan origination staff. You’ll track leads daily, schedule appointments for the mortgage team, prepare paperwork, and respond to customer inquiries on transactions as needed. Responsibilities

  • Support the Loan Officer in managing and processing loan applications to ensure timely and accurate completion
  • Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation, providing clear guidance and support throughout the process
  • Assist in maintaining client relationships by delivering exceptional service and addressing inquiries promptly
  • Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with the Loan Officer to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
  • Monitor the loan pipeline and update stakeholders on the status of applications, fostering transparency and trust
  • Facilitate communication between clients, underwriters, and other team members to streamline the loan process efficiently

Qualifications

  • Experience in the mortgage industry, with a solid understanding of loan processes and regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely completion of loan applications
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance
  • Effective communication skills, facilitating clear and supportive interactions with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in using loan processing software and other relevant technology to streamline operations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Loan Officers and other stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements

Compensation

$37,500 - $37,500/year
