• Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters

• Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with realtors, past clients, your sphere, and your community to attract new business

• Respond quickly and follow up consistently with new inquiries to convert them into pre-approvals and closed loans

• Manage an active pipeline of loans from application to closing

• Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs

• Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines

• Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license (MA & NH preferred)

• 1–3+ years of experience as a mortgage loan officer or Loan Partner

• Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, MassHousing, fixed/adjustable, and first-time homebuyer programs

• Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills

• Knowledge of state and federal regulations and company underwriting policies and guidelines

• Experience with CRM, LOS, and DU/LP; MS Office proficiency
