Metroplex Mortgage Services is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer for our Tampa office at 8622 N Himes Ave. Full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday. This is a high-growth position with significant advancement potential!

We are looking for a candidate with experience in the mortgage industry- origination, processing, or underwriting- or who has completed the NMLS 20-hour pre-licensing course.

• Take loan applications and structure files across conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA products

• Pre-qualify borrowers and review credit, income, and assets

• Build and maintain referral relationships with realtors, builders, and past clients

• Work files with in-house processing and underwriting through closing

• Maintain accurate and compliant loan documentation

• Comfortable learning a loan origination system and CRM

• Able to work on-site in Tampa five days per week
