Requirements

• Active NMLS license (Or Actively Seeking to get)
• Mortgage origination experience
• Sales Experience of any kind, even door-to-door candy bars for youth sports
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Open to leveraging technology and AI tools
