If you’re looking for more options for clients and more opportunity for your career, let’s talk.

Why Join Modern Valley Home Loans?

  • Compensation that rewards your production. Earn 200+ BPS on closed and funded loans, subject to your compensation agreement.

  • 100+ lenders to help you compete. Find solutions across a broad lender network instead of letting limited product options stand between your borrower and a closing.

  • Fast closings on eligible files. Close in as little as 10–14 days, depending on lender requirements, complete documentation, and transaction readiness.

  • Remote flexibility. Build your business and stay connected with clients and referral partners from your remote workspace.

  • Processing. Access third-party processors to help coordinate documentation and move loans toward closing.

  • Access to lender expertise. Connect with lender account executives for scenario guidance, product questions, and file support.

  • Marketing resources to support your growth. Access flyers, social media materials, CRM tools, and other resources to help you stay visible and follow up consistently.

  • Additional borrower resources. Free client credit pulls and credit repair services may be available through a preferred lender, subject to its terms and eligibility requirements.
