Responsibilities

Convert inbound buyer opportunities into loan applications
Build relationships with real estate agents and referral partners
Structure loan scenarios and advise clients on mortgage options

Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline
Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines
Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them
Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large

Qualifications

Active NMLS License (Wisconsin)
Experience as a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer or Mortgage Banker
Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, WHEDA, and DSCR loans
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow income and production

Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required
Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations
Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License

Compensation

$125,000 - $175,000/year
