Double H Home Loans is seeking a Licensed Loan Production Partner (Loan Officer Assistant) to support a high-performing mortgage broker and branch manager. This role is ideal for an experienced mortgage professional who enjoys structuring loans, managing borrower relationships, and ensuring files move efficiently from application to closing - without the pressure of originating their own business.

The Loan Production Partner will act as the primary operational extension of the Loan Officer, helping borrowers through the pre-approval and loan process while ensuring all files are complete, compliant, and ready for underwriting.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a team-oriented, service-first environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in creating an exceptional borrower experience.

• Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License
• Minimum 2+ years of mortgage industry experience
• Strong understanding of mortgage guidelines and loan products
• Experience with mortgage LOS systems (Encompass, ARIVE, etc.)
• Ability to review and calculate borrower income and assets
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and borrower service skills
