We’re looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, communicates well, and stays on top of follow-up with clients and realtors. We provide training and opportunities to grow within the company. This is a full-time, in-office position at our 8622 N Himes Ave. Tampa location. Health benefits and a 401(k) are provided.
- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
- Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Two years of previous sales experience
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000 at plan compensation
