Compensation:

No experience - will start at $17/hour
With experience- pay negotiable based on skillset
Average yearly income $37,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities

Deodorize and sanitize indoor space
Tidy up salvageable items and property and safely store them away
Demo and rebuild damaged structural elements, including drywall and plumbing
Perform water mitigation and extraction services
Fix and rebuild the home or business

Qualifications

MUST live within 50 miles of our office in Auburn Hills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Great communication, listening, and teamwork skills
Able to participate in our rotational on-call after-hours schedule
Empathy and compassion
Willing to learn new things every day
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience and certifications are a plus

Physical fitness and stamina is required, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
High school diploma or GED required
Comfortable with using power and hand tools
Good communication, teamwork, and listening skills
IICRC (inspection cleaning and restoration certification) required, WRT (water damage restoration endorsement) is preferred

$37,000 - $65,000/year
