Mental Health Therapist — LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAPC, or LSW
Dunmore, Old Forge, Clarks Summit, and Peckville locations
Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities
What if working for a group practice actually prepared you to outgrow it?
Tiffany Griffiths, Psy.D. & Associates is looking for master's-level clinicians at different stages of their careers — from associate-licensed clinicians (LSW's and LAPC's) working toward independent licensure to experienced LPCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs looking for greater autonomy, leadership opportunities, mentorship, or simply a better long-term professional home.
For nearly 20 years, Dr. Tiffany Griffiths has built and led a multidisciplinary group mental health practice in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
She also provides consultation and coaching to other group practice owners, helping clinicians navigate the financial, operational, leadership, clinical, and human realities of running a practice.
That experience is now part of something different:
Bridge
Bridge is TG&A's signature professional-development program for clinicians who want to understand not only how to practice well — but how successful practices are actually built, operated, led, and sustained.
We are not afraid of helping clinicians become more knowledgeable, more independent, and more capable.
Some clinicians will build long careers with us.
Some will become supervisors.
Some will move into leadership.
Some will develop specialty programs.
And some may eventually outgrow group practice employment altogether and build something of their own.
We believe a strong group practice should help prepare you for whatever comes next.
Different Career Stage? Different Opportunities.
If You Are an LAPC or LSW
Early career should be about much more than simply accumulating supervision hours.
You may have access to:
Individual and group supervision as appropriate
Support toward independent licensure
Weekly diagnostic seminars
Case consultation
Diagnostic formulation development
Documentation and risk-management education
Mentorship
Interdisciplinary collaboration
Established referral flow
Billing, scheduling, credentialing, and EHR support
Bridge
Early exposure to the realities of private practice, leadership, and long-term career development
Our goal is not simply to help you get licensed.
Our goal is to help you become an excellent, independent, thoughtful clinician who understands the profession well beyond the therapy room.
If You Are an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
Independent licensure does not have to mean that your professional growth is finished.
Depending on experience, interests, performance, and organizational needs, opportunities may include:
Increased clinical autonomy
Salaried or fee-for-service pathways
Supervision
Clinical leadership
House lead opportunities
Specialty program development
Mentoring newer clinicians
Professional education
Bridge
Business and private-practice literacy
Long-term mentorship
Exploring whether practice ownership might someday be right for you
You may want to remain a clinician for the rest of your career.
You may want to supervise.
You may want to lead.
You may someday want a practice of your own.
We want to create room for all of those possibilities.
We Handle the Infrastructure
Our clinicians have the backing of an established group practice, including:
Consistent referral flow
Billing
Scheduling
Credentialing
EHR infrastructure
Comfortable office space
Clinical supplies and resources
Medication management collaboration
Clinical consultation
Diagnostic seminars
Administrative support
Interdisciplinary collaboration
Private-practice support without the private-practice chaos.
Bridge: Learn What Most Clinicians Are Never Taught
Graduate school teaches clinicians how to treat patients.
It generally does not teach clinicians:
What overhead actually costs
How insurance affects a practice
How referrals are developed
How practices make financial decisions
How credentialing works
How to develop a clinical reputation
How to create systems
How to supervise
How to lead employees
How to build sustainable culture
How to evaluate risk
How to know whether owning a practice is actually right for you
Bridge helps close that gap through structured learning, discussion, mentorship, and exposure to nearly two decades of real-world group practice ownership.
Come here to become a stronger clinician.
Stay because there is room to grow.
And if one day you outgrow us, leave better prepared than when you arrived.
