• Lead and mentor a team of clinicians, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss complex cases, share insights, and develop strategies for client care.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance clinicians' therapeutic skills and professional development.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate clinicians' performance, providing constructive feedback and support for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements, maintaining the highest standards of care and documentation accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
• Experience providing care using evidence-based clinical practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and support clinicians through a collaborative and constructive approach.
• Experience working effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and populations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Previous experience providing clinical supervision, mentorship, or team leadership.
• Experience working with LGBTQ+ and transgender clients; additional training and support are available.
• Commitment to continued professional growth through ongoing training, consultation, and development of clinical expertise.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work remotely on select administrative responsibilities for up to one day per week.
• Access to a private workspace and secure, reliable internet connection when working remotely.
