Body By Choice Training (BBCT) is a premier personal training and wellness studio in Grand Rapids, and we're looking for a motivated, personable, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Assistant to help us grow.

We're not a traditional gym. We deliver personalized training, recovery, and lifestyle coaching through a team of 15 dedicated fitness professionals. Our focus is building lasting relationships and helping people improve their quality of life.

We're looking for someone who can confidently represent our brand, connect with prospective clients, and turn interest into long-term memberships.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Turn leads into clients. Respond to inquiries, conduct studio tours and introductory consultations, communicate the value of our services, and confidently close sales.

• Drive new opportunities. Generate leads through referrals, outbound calls, community outreach, promotional campaigns, and creative marketing initiatives.

• Build relationships. Follow up consistently with prospects, nurture leads, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through enrollment.

• Coordinate client onboarding. Work directly with our coaching team to match new clients with the right professionals, programs, and recurring training schedules.

• Manage our sales pipeline. Use our CRM to track leads, schedule follow-ups, monitor conversions, and identify opportunities for growth.

• Support marketing efforts. Help execute promotions, campaigns, and outreach strategies that introduce more people to the BBCT experience.

• Organized and dependable: You can manage multiple leads, maintain accurate records, and follow through on commitments.

• Passionate about wellness: You believe in the value of exercise, healthy living, and helping people improve their lives.

• Tech-savvy: You're comfortable learning new systems and using technology to work efficiently.

Preferred Experience:

• At least one year in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related role.

• Experience with ActiveCampaign and/or Mindbody is a strong advantage.

• Previous experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or other
