What You'll Do

• Work with warm, exclusive leads—no cold calling, door knocking, or prospecting required
• Connect with individuals who are seeking information about Medicare coverage options
• Educate clients on Medicare plans and help them make informed decisions based on their needs
• Conduct appointments virtually or by phone from the comfort of your home
• Follow a proven sales process designed to help you build a successful business
• Develop long-term client relationships through exceptional service and support
• Attend training sessions and coaching calls to continuously develop your sales and communication skills
• Work independently, set your own schedule, and take ownership of your personal and professional growth
• Help Medicare beneficiaries gain confidence in their healthcare coverage while building a rewarding and flexible career

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and develop positive client relationships
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to grow income through performance-based opportunities
• Willingness to obtain a Health insurance license (no experience required)
• Coachable and open to learning, with the ability to follow a proven, step-by-step system
• Ability to work remotely with strong time management, organization, and self-discipline
• Professional, reliable, and responsible, with the ability to pass a background check
• Growth-minded, with an interest in long-term career advancement and leadership opportunities
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone or via virtual platforms (Zoom, etc.)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and CRM systems
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
