A medical assistant is needed to manage the caseload of our full-time CRNP and provide some in-person support. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 25 hours per week, working from our Kingston and Exeter offices. A hybrid work schedule may be available in the future based on performance and operational needs.
Job responsibilities will be primarily to manage the caseload of our full-time CRNP. This includes ensuring patients are compliant with office policies, drafting and sending letters when patients are not in compliance, maintaining Excel spreadsheets to monitor patient accounts, answering and returning phone calls from patients, collecting payments for appointments, scheduling and rescheduling appointments when necessary, navigating issues related to prescriptions and refills, and completing requests for records.
Responsibilities

- Monitoring patient accounts and collecting payments
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent customer service and patient communication skills
- Experience in a medical office and knowledge of medical insurance preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays
Compensation
$18 - $20/hour
