- Recoupment Management Experience REQUIRED
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on accurate billing for home health services
- Verify and process patient insurance claims and reimbursement documentation
- Maintain up-to-date records of billing activities and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Provide excellent communication and support to patients and team members regarding billing inquiries
- Recoupment Management Experience REQUIRED
- Prior experience with HHA Exchange, TMHP for the Provider Services (PAS position) is required
- Prior experience with HHA Exchange, TMHP, Kantime, Ziremed/Waystar for the (Private Duty Nurse Billing position) is required
- 2+ years of experience in medical billing
- Proficiency in medical coding and billing software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of insurance verification and claims processing
- Competency in US work authorization
- Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with professionalism
