A leading family law firm seeks an experienced Matrimonial Litigator to practice in all aspects of high-stakes matrimonial and divorce litigation. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, supervise litigation teams, and ensure the highest-quality legal services for clients.

The compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $155,000, plus bonus potential. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

• Lead and manage all phases of matrimonial and divorce litigation, including complex financial and custody matters.
• Review case strategies and ensure best practices in case management.
• Oversee client relationships and pro bono case placement as needed.
• Provide expert analysis and case management before and during litigation, including business valuation and asset division.
• Coordinate with outside experts and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and precedents.

• 5+ years of family law trial experience.
