• Experience in operating stand-up/sit-down tow motors, man pickers, and rider walkies safely.
• Ability to work efficiently in a cold storage environment, maintaining productivity in temperatures of 30-35°F.
• Proven track record of reading and verifying labels to ensure they match inventory records accurately.
• Strong understanding of company policies and safety regulations, with a commitment to following them at all times.
• Detail-oriented approach to verifying labels and inventory for precise order fulfillment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and accurate handling of materials.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
