Move Forward AZ is looking for a Marketing Specialist who will help elevate our brand, strengthen client relationships, and support the continued growth of our real estate business.

This is more than a traditional marketing role. You'll combine creativity, organization, technology, and relationship-building to execute marketing campaigns, create compelling content, manage client communication, and support business development initiatives. Compensation & Benefits

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and business growth
• Design engaging digital and print marketing materials, videos, graphics, and social content
• Manage the company's social media channels and content calendar
• Coordinate client appreciation events, community outreach, and special marketing initiatives
• Create marketing collateral for listings, open houses, and company promotions
• Keep the client database engaged through email campaigns, newsletters, and ongoing communication
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing assets
• Organize marketing files, templates, and digital resources
• Support recruiting and employer branding efforts through marketing initiatives
• Track marketing performance and recommend ideas for continuous improvement

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Experience creating digital marketing content and managing multiple projects

• Comfortable with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, or similar creative platforms

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and marketing systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines independently

• Creative thinker who enjoys turning ideas into polished marketing pieces

• Small business experience is highly preferred

• Real estate marketing experience is a plus, but not required
