We're hiring a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to take the Team Kelli Lang brand to the next level. In this role, you'll own our day-to-day marketing: managing all social media, creating Reels, producing agent marketing, building seller marketing for every listing, and delivering polished seller updates that keep clients informed. You'll also help market our team and client events. Everything we put out reflects the five-star service clients count on. That's why we're looking for someone who creates classy, on-brand work and follows our systems and processes with consistency and care. The ideal candidate balances creativity with structure, takes ownership of the details, and works well with a team to bring great ideas to life. What You'll Own

• Social Media: Manage all team social media accounts, including planning, creating, scheduling, and posting content

• Reels: Create and publish engaging Reels that showcase our listings, agents, and community

• Agent Marketing: Produce marketing materials and content that build each agent's brand

• Seller Marketing: Create listing marketing such as feature sheets, flyers, postcards, social posts and launch campaigns

• Seller Updates: Deliver professional, on-schedule seller updates covering listing activity, showing feedback, and marketing results

• Event Marketing: Help promote team and client events from invitations through event-day content

• Systems and Standards: Follow our established systems, processes, and brand standards on every piece
