We're looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager who wants more than just another job.

You'll lead our marketing team, bring creative ideas to life, work closely with executive leadership, and play a key role in advancing the firm's mission and business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead our marketing strategy. Develop and execute marketing plans that generate qualified leads, consultations, and new clients.

• Build and develop a great team. Lead, coach, and hold marketing staff accountable while creating an environment where people can succeed.

• Drive creative marketing initiatives. Oversee digital marketing, social media, SEO, advertising, newsletters, educational events, and community outreach.

• Grow our relationships. Strengthen referral partnerships and identify opportunities to reach more families.

• Represent Safe Harbor in the community. Coordinate and periodically attend evening seminars, networking functions, and community events.

• Own the results. Manage the marketing budget, track performance, measure ROI, and continually improve effectiveness.

• Make things happen. Manage projects, vendors, deadlines, and priorities with initiative, resourcefulness, and excellent follow-through.

• Partner with leadership. Collaborate with our CEO, attorneys, and operations team to strengthen the client acquisition process and achieve firm objectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Annual Marketing Plan developed and implemented.

• Marketing budget maintained within approved limits.

• Lead, consultation, and new-client targets achieved.

• At least four major marketing campaigns executed annually.

• Social media and content calendars executed consistently.

• Monthly newsletter with thought leadership published on time.

• 95+% of planned events delivered on time and within budget.

• Monthly Marketing Scorecard delivered on time.

• Marketing materials follow required attorney review and advertising compliance procedures.

• Department performance, staff development, and vendor accountability maintained to firm standards.

Experience with CRM systems, Excel, SEO/AEO/GEO, email marketing, and online advertising is important. Law firm or professional services marketing experience is a plus. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
