Digital Campaign Management

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across platforms.

Content Creation

• Plan, write, and schedule content for social media, newsletters, and blog posts.
• Ensure timely publication of planned content.
• Assist with the creation of case studies, promotional materials, and landing pages.
• Collect client testimonials and assist with the development of a base or raving fans.
• Support video/podcast promotion through short-form content and reels.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor and report on marketing KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and cost-per-lead.
• Collaborate with intake and leadership teams to improve lead quality and campaign ROI.

Collaboration & Project Coordination

• Maintain marketing calendars, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Stay informed on trends in digital marketing and immigration law outreach.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing coordination.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, and basic knowledge of CMS platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with legal services or immigration marketing is highly desirable.
