Responsibilities
The Role
You'll support marketing across multiple brands and channels in a fast-paced real estate business. Your job is to run the playbook with precision, keep things moving, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You will be expected to:
- Learn how we do things and execute our way — not rewrite the rulebook
- Stay ahead of communication and keep projects on schedule
- Track results, maintain dashboards, and give leadership numbers they can count on
- Work independently once direction is set
Your First 90 Days
The first 90 days are your training camp. Master the system, build trust, and start producing.
From day one, you will:
- Own daily and weekly tracking, reporting, dashboards, and follow-through
- Build and maintain reports that leadership can rely on without a second look
- Drive communication between internal teams and vendors — clean updates, firm deadlines, clear next steps
- Support marketing operations: collateral, wearables, print, business cards, scheduling, and internal handoffs
- QA and test forms, tracking, and lead attribution
- Take ownership of social media management and review responses
As you prove yourself, you'll take on more:
- Sit in on vendor meetings and learn how we hold partners accountable
- Research new tactics and vendors, and bring recommendations backed by data
- Lead defined projects — collateral refreshes, vendor transitions, wearables, and more
- Spot lead-generation optimizations based on what the performance data tells you

- Data isn't background noise — you actually look at it
- You catch patterns, make sense of results, and communicate them clearly
- The numbers are something you hold yourself to
How you use AI:
- AI tools are already woven into your workflow — ChatGPT, automation, content, analysis
- You use them to move faster without trading quality for speed
- You exhaust every available resource before you escalate

- Any task feels below your title
- You do your best work when things move slowly, and everyone has to agree
- Ops and metrics don't interest you — you see yourself as purely creative
- You arrive with strong opinions about how things should be done

Compensation
$65,000 - $65,000/year
