Seeking a skilled, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Remote Marketing Content Specialist to help grow and maintain Maryanna's digital brand and online presence as her coaching and education platform expands.

Position Details:

• Remote — work from anywhere
• Part-time — approximately 10-15 hours per month to start, with strong potential to grow as the educational platform expands
• Flexible scheduling — asynchronous work is welcome at times
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience — $18- $25 per hour, depending on skill set
• Immediate start preferred
• In-person occasional meetings in Downers Grove, Illinois, may be requested but are not required

As a Remote Marketing Content Specialist, you will be the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps Maryanna's digital presence active, current, and growing. You will work remotely and independently, managing a variety of marketing and content tasks that directly support her coaching practice and expanding educational platform.

Website Management:

• WordPress website updates, including blog posts, page content, and general maintenance as per Maryanna's writing
• Keeping the website current and optimized for new visitors
• Copyright and general housekeeping updates
• Landing page & funnel updates in support of courses and educational offerings

Social Media Management:

• Regular posting and scheduling across Instagram and Facebook - Maryanna provides content, and you get it out there and in circulation
• Helping to create engaging content that reflects the brand voice and mission
• Monitoring engagement and responding to comments as directed
• Growing social media presence consistently and strategically

Email Marketing:

• Creating and distributing email newsletters
• Managing email list and subscriber communications
• Supporting email sequences connected to courses and funnel programs

Educational Content Support:

• Assisting with online course platform management — Teachable, Kajabi, or similar
• Supporting funnel program implementation and maintenance as per Maryanna's direction
• Formatting and uploading educational materials and resources
• Coordinating course launch support activities

Book & Publishing Support:

• eBook formatting and uploading to Amazon KDP and Draft2Digital
• Managing book listings across platforms
• Supporting future book projects as needed

General Brand Support:

• Research and administrative support as needed
• Coordinating with external vendors and platforms
• General assistance with brand growth initiatives

• Experienced in managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts

• Familiar with Amazon KDP and eBook formatting — or willing to learn
• Experience with AI tools and funnel platforms is a significant plus
• Genuine interest in wellness coaching, spiritual development, personal growth, or holistic health
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to capture and reflect the brand voice
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple ongoing tasks
