We're looking for individuals who want more than just a job. Our Management Trainee opportunity provides hands-on experience in customer engagement, event marketing, promotions, sales, and leadership development.

No management or automotive experience required! We provide hands-on training and the opportunity to grow into leadership roles.

• Assist with organizing and coordinating local promotional events.

• Represent AGC Auto Glass & Car Care at community events.

• Introduce customers to our windshield repair and automotive services.

• Build customer relationships and increase brand awareness.

• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Help generate new customer leads and business opportunities.

• Learn customer service, sales, and business development strategies.

• Support team development and daily operations.

• Develop leadership and management skills through hands-on training.
