Responsibilities

The shuttle driver operates passenger vehicles to transport individuals between specific locations, such as airports, hotels, and campuses. They are responsible for driving safely on established routes, adhering to strict time schedules, assisting passengers with luggage, and delivering excellent customer service

Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks
Manage other maintenance requests as required
Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed

Qualifications

Valid Drivers License

Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
Over 2 years of maintenance experience
Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends

Compensation

$20 - $21/hour
