We’re looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our units for any damage, conduct routine maintenance, and help with turns. Must live within 30 minutes of Westbrook, Maine, for on-call requirement.

Must have a valid driver's license.

• Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed
• Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
• Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made

• 2+ years of maintenance experience
• Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
• Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
